  • Don’t Pass Line

    Craps

    A place to bet on the come-out roll. The exact opposite of the pass line, except on a roll of 12.

  • Center Field

    Craps

    A bet that the next roll will be a 9.

  • Don't Come Box

    Craps

    The area to place a don't come bet.

  • Front Line Winner

    Craps

    A pass line bet won on the come-out roll.

    Synonym: Line Away

  • Ace-deuce

    Craps

    A roll of a 1 (ace) and a 2 (deuce).

  • Craps

    1) A casino game where players bet on the outcome of rolling two dice;

    2) In the aforementioned game, a dice roll of 2, 3 or 12.

  • Line Bet

    1) In slots, the amount bet on each active line;

    2) In roulette, a bet on six numbers in two adjacent rows, e.g. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.

  • High-Low Bet

    In roulette, an even-money bet on either 1-18 (low) or 19-36 (high). In craps, a one-time bet on the 2 and 12 on the next roll.

  • Place Bet

    Craps

    A bet on 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10. It pays each time that number is rolled, and is lost when a 7 is rolled. A player should "buy" the 4 or 10 instead for a better payout.

  • Back Line

    Craps

    Another name for the don't pass line.
