32Red plc has closed the deal with Roxy Palace Casino acquiring the online gambling business for a total of £8.4 million (EUR11.8 million/$13 million). 32Red now owns the customer database, intellectual property rights, and some other assets used in connection with the business via the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Eucalyptus Investment, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hyperlink Media Limited and Applied Logics.
