Mr Green Acquires Evoke Gaming and All Its Brands

Mr Green is getting ready to acquire Evoke Gaming and its brands in the first quarter of 2018 according to an agreement signed in December 2017. The popular operator will soon be in charge of Vinnarum, RedBet, MamaMia, and Bertil gaming websites.

Mr Green plans to integrate Evoke Gaming websites into major markets and receive a growth rate and EBITDA margin of 20% by 2019. For now, RedBet and Vinnarum have strong positions in the Scandinavian region. RedBet is also popular with customers from the UK, and offers sportsbook and poker services in addition to casino games. Main customers of Bingo websites Bertil and MamaMia are from Sweden, but the expansion to other Nordic countries is planned.
